Cancellation by Student:
If a student wishes to cancel their subscription to our online live classes or recorded classes, they may do so by contacting us through the email provided on our website. We understand that cancellations may occur for various reasons, and we have set up the following refund policy based on the time of cancellation:
- If a student cancels their subscription seven days or more before the starting date of the class, they will receive a 100% refund.
- If a student cancels their subscription between 1 to 7 days before the starting date of the class, they will receive a 25% refund.
- If a student cancels their subscription within 24 hours of the starting date of the class, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Website:
We reserve the right to cancel any online class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a technical issue, instructor’s unavailability, or any other reason. In such cases, we will notify the students of the cancellation and refund the full amount paid by the student.
Refund Process:
Once we receive a cancellation request from the student, we will verify the request and initiate the refund process. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the student to purchase the subscription. The refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete.
We reserve the right to update or modify our refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes made to our policy will be posted on our website, and we encourage our students to review the policy regularly.
